Payment is due at the time of service.

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare, Sentara.
I am out-of-network with select insurance plans.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to better understand your benefits.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your care.
This estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services based on your individual needs and treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $135.
This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available and consistent for all clients.
